Refresh body, mind, and spirit on your yoga mat among the fall foliage in this weekend retreat devoted to the most deeply relaxing yoga practices. Quiet your mind, soothe your nervous system, release deeply held tension, and unlock your body’s potential for healing.

The schedule focuses on Restorative Yoga but also includes options for energizing yoga asana, fascial release, and massage. There will be wonderfully delicious nourishing meals plus free time for being in nature, reading, knitting, drawing, chatting with friends, or for doing whatever leaves you feeling renewed and refreshed. You are welcome to participate in as much or as little as you like.

This retreat is suitable for students of all levels and abilities. No yoga experience is necessary or required.

Location & Accommodations

Blue Mountain Retreat Center is a homelike eco-friendly retreat center is situated on 27 acres of property in a small rural community in the hills near Harper’s Ferry. This welcoming escape from the hustle of everyday life in the city feels worlds away even though it is located just 65 miles outside of DC.

Nine bedrooms provide available accommodations options for a private room, shared room for 2, or shared room for 3 or 4. All rooms have access to the center’s three shared hall bathrooms. The cozy rooms have twin-size European-style platform beds and high quality mattresses for a simple but very comfortable stay.

Delicious organic vegan home-cooked meals are prepared by retreat center owner Beth Ehrhardt. Cheese, yogurt, and milk are available and most meal options are gluten-free.

Retreat Schedule

FRIDAY

3 pm – 6:30 pm arrival and check in
6:30 pm dinner
7:30 – 8 pm Fascial Release with Special Guest Instructor Tricia Kull 
8 – 9 pm Restorative Yoga

SATURDAY

note: breakfast is self-serve; available at any time
8 – 9 am all levels Hatha Yoga
10:30 – 12 pm Restorative Yoga stations
12 pm lunch and free time
4:30 – 5:30 pm Fascial Release with Special Guest Instructor Tricia Kull
5:30 – 6:30 pm Restorative Yoga stations
6:30 pm dinner and free time

SUNDAY

note: breakfast is self-serve; available at any time
8 – 9 am Fascial Release with Special Guest Instructor Tricia Kull
10:30– 12 pm Restorative Yoga stations & closing circle
12 pm lunch and departure

Massage appointments are available throughout the weekend.

Cost

Cost includes Friday and Saturday night stay, 6 meals, and all yoga sessions.

Shared room for 3 or 4 with shared hall bathroom – $400 per person (1 room with 4 beds is available)

Shared room for 2 with shared hall bathroom – $475 per person (1 bed in 1 shared room for two is available)

Private Room – $525 per person *SOLD OUT*

There will be a space to indicate the name of your preferred roommate(s) during the registration process. If you do not select a roommate for shared room reservations, one will be assigned to you.

Massage – $80 per hour
