The wonder of co-creating together\, witnessing each other\, seeing our own healing and growth reflected in each other. \nFrom the beginning\, we’ve had a dream of an overnight Sacred Sisters retreat\, and here we finally are! If you have been a part of our community\, you may have a sense of how being in this sacred community impacts you. For us\, something that stands out is the invitation into deeper authenticity\, a more true and soulful expression of self which moves those around you toward their own authentic souls.\nWhat we have nurtured and witnessed in our community is a belonging based in authenticity\, a big difference from “fitting in.”\nTogether\, we have co-created rituals\, art\, altars\, dance parties\, laughter\, friendships\, sweet moments\, and community woven from the unique soul essence of many women.\nDream with us of a whole weekend of soulful being\, belonging\, connection\, and expression\, rooted in sisterhood. May you walk away with a deeply nourished\, renewed\, and re-inspired soul. \n\nLet’s get SOULFUL!\nEverything offered during Soulful is invitational. We ask you to honor your needs. Let your soul guide you to participate in these experiences as you feel called. \n\nSoulful Experiences:\nOpening and closing rituals for creating intentional\, sacred space together \nGentle yoga\, breathwork\, embodiment\, meditation\, and rest practices \nSoulful and co-creative art practices \nMedicine music circle for weaving sound\, song\, and voice \nGuided eco-somatic sensory walk in nature \nDance party! \nImprov games & opportunity to embrace your silly inner child \nCozy connection time drinking hot tea by the fireplace \nSolo time walking in nature\, reading\, resting\, journaling \nAdd on opportunity for a massage \nDate: Friday\, December 5 through Sunday\, December 7\nArrival 4pm Friday. Departure 1:30pm Sunday. \nLocation: Blue Mountain Retreat Center\, Knoxville\, MD (about 30 min from downtown Frederick) \n*This retreat is for women and is an LGBTQIA+ affirming space \nWhat’s Included:\nSpacious & cozy accommodations. Blue Ridge Mountain Retreat Center is a beautiful home with a spacious living room including a beautiful fireplace to cozy up to\, big dining room table\, and large kitchen. We will have a couple of single bed rooms available\, as well as multiple rooms sleeping 3-5 people. \nDinner on Friday and Saturday evening\, lunch on Saturday and Sunday afternoons\, self-served breakfast Saturday and Sunday mornings. Delicious\, nutritious food taking into account unique dietary needs. \nAll activities listed above included. There will be a limited number of massages with resident massage therapist Beth Ehrhardt available for an additional cost. \nInvestment:\nWe are offering a sliding scale in order to increase access to healing spaces for those who do not have the privileges of socioeconomic stability. If you have financial peace of mind\, please consider a higher payment. \nWhen paying in full\, we can accept Venmo or credit card. If paying with credit card\, there is a $20 fee. Payment plans are available only with credit card payment. Payment plans will be available until October 7. \nReceiver ($550): if you need financial support \nSustainer ($650): this is the rate that supports facilitators well for their time & expertise \nSupporter ($750): this rate provides us extra support and creates more accessibility for those with less socioeconomic stability
